Longer Subscriptions (3 months, 6 months, 12 months): For longer subscription plans, in case of any service issues or disruptions, you have two available options:
- Replacement: If you encounter any problems with the service, you can request a replacement. Our support team will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement to ensure continued access to our content.
- Partial Refund: Alternatively, you may opt for a partial refund depending on the remaining duration of your subscription. The refund amount will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription. This approach ensures a fair solution for both parties in case of unforeseen circumstances.
